Absolution –Book Blurb/Jacket Cover

How many unsolved murders happen every year, without a body ever being found?  But what if they aren’t murdered, but taken and reborn as a vampire?

Cassie, a young mother, was taken against her will, in a violent and brutal attack.  She was ripped away from her calm life, only to be thrown into the world of the supernatural.  As she navigates her new life and comes to terms with what she has become, Cassie desperately tries to hold on to her past life and keep those she loves safe—not from her—but from her Maker, Marshall.  Marshall is Hell bent on keeping her for himself, using the cruelest of measures to assure her submission—by threatening her daughter’s life.  But Cassie isn’t alone in this fight.  With Jonathan who was also turned by Marshall in Elizabethan England and Colin, a vampire turned assassin, Cassie has many gifts, and most of all, the fierce love of her daughter.  That love will give her the strength and power to bring Marshall down.  Through it all, Cassie struggles with fear that since becoming a vampire, she has lost her soul and is seeking peace and ultimately, Absolution.
